The 2025 LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance Summit is our annual day-long professional development and networking event for LGBTQ+ & Allied Business/Employee Resource Group (B/ERG) leaders, human resources, talent recruitment, supplier access, and leadership professionals engaged in belonging and inclusion efforts within their companies in Houston and beyond. Offering both in-person and virtual opportunities to engage, the Summit will focus around this year's theme:

Join the Chamber for our annual LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance Summit—a powerful gathering designed to equip LGBTQ+ and Allied professionals with the tools, insights, and connections to grow, thrive, and lead in their careers.
This full-day Summit brings together professionals across sectors to explore strategies for advancement, strengthen leadership skills, and build community. With compelling keynotes, thought-provoking panels, and interactive sessions, attendees will leave with practical tools and renewed purpose.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Pranika Uppal Sinha (she/her), Managing Director, Organizational Development & Culture, Greystone
Pranika Uppal Sinha oversees organizational development and culture at Greystone. In this role, she is responsible for initiatives relating to culture and community, including education, resources, and programming, across the entire firm to ensure Greystone’s efforts evolve and move forward to build belonging and support our tagline ‘where people matter’.
Greystone’s Culture and Community committee and overall program is award-winning and recognized nationally. As a part of organizational development, Pranika oversees performance management, training, and leadership programs - creating impactful content for employees and leaders at all levels to develop and grow.
Prior to Greystone, Pranika worked at Oxy, Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, and 21st Century Consulting in various talent development, Human Resources, training, employee engagement, and inclusion-focused areas and roles.
Pranika earned a B.S. in environmental engineering at Northwestern University and an MBA at Rice University. She is a graduate of Leadership Houston, Class XXXIV. She has volunteered with the Texas Leadership Consortium and the Diversity/Empower Summit in Houston for many years. Pranika serves as a lecturer at Rice University’s Business School and launched the school’s first DEI-focused experiential learning lab course in 2022.
She volunteers with Boys and Girls Clubs both locally and nationally, and also shares her voice and time with several organizations and nonprofits as a speaker. Pranika is based in Houston, TX, where she resides with her husband, two daughters, and rescue dog.

In today’s fast-paced business environment, change is not a disruption—it’s a constant. This panel will dive into how leaders navigate uncertainty while creating spaces where people feel heard, valued, and able to contribute their best ideas. Through stories and lessons from lived experience, panelists will share practical approaches and mindsets that help teams move forward together through transitions, challenges, and new opportunities.

LGBTQ+ WORKPLACE ALLIANCE LEADERSHIP AWARDS
We’ll also celebrate excellence with the Workplace Alliance Awards—honoring individuals, companies, and organizations making a meaningful impact in cultivating empowering and inclusive workplaces.
We will be awarding four LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance Leadership Awards in the following categories:
- B/ERG Executive Sponsor Impact Award
Awarded to an individual in executive leadership who sponsors their company’s LGBTQ+ Business or Employee Resource Group (B/ERG) and leads with determination and inspiration to make a big impact toward LGBTQ+ inclusion within their company and beyond. This person is an exemplary role model for other Executive Sponsors and DEI leaders.
- Rising Star B/ERG Award
Awarded to an LGBTQ+ Business or Employee Resource Group (B/ERG) in their first one to five years that is making strides for LGBTQ+ inclusion at their company through their commitment, dedication, and positive outcomes. Their work and impact has advanced a culture of LGBTQ+ inclusion and acceptance within their company and beyond.
- B/ERG Outstanding Leadership Award
Awarded to an individual who demonstrates outstanding leadership within their company’s LGBTQ+ Business or Employee Resource Group (B/ERG). This individual is a strong role model for other leaders in the B/ERG space. They also meaningfully engage with the Chamber, through the partnership, and are a strong champion for the work and mission of the organization both inside and outside of their company.
- B/ERG Service Impact Award
Awarded to a LGBTQ+ Business or Employee Resource Group (B/ERG) that has demonstrated meaningful impact through community service. This B/ERG has used their time, talents, and/or treasure to support the missions of organizations in our local community toward extraordinary outcomes.

A virtual attendance option will be available but in-person attendance is strongly encouraged. Virtual Option will stream in two sections from 9 AM to Noon and 1:30 - 4 PM only. Tables of up to 7 are available as part of sponsorship opportunities.
