Chamber Day of Service
The Chamber hosted its first annual LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance Day of Service with the Buffalo Bayou Partnership. Participants wore their Pride gear and join the Chamber as we give back to Houston and help clean up Buffalo Bayou and surrounding park spaces. The Day of Service was an excellent opportunity for our Impact Partners to show our community what ways we can come together to make a positive impact in the greater Houston region.
About the Partnership
Buffalo Bayou Partnership, a new Chamber member, is the non-profit organization leading the planning, design, activation, and stewardship of inspiring spaces along the 10-mile stretch of Buffalo Bayou from Shepherd Drive through downtown and eastward to the Port of Houston Turning Basin.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This event is free and open to any members of the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. We will be joining members of the Chamber’s LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance which has some additional volunteer slots available - the more the merrier - to give back to our community.
Volunteers should be 18+ (please contact us in advance if you would like to bring children).
