Stephen M. Miranda (he/him)
Stephen is Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank, where he serves clients across a multi-state market. A sixth-generation Texan of Latino heritage and native Houstonian, Stephen is a longtime advocate for economic inclusion, professional advancement, and LGBTQ+ representation in business leadership.
Stephen has been deeply involved with the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce for many years and was recognized as the Chamber’s 2022 Volunteer of the Year for his leadership, advocacy, and behind-the-scenes work supporting the organization’s growth and impact. He has helped facilitate strategic partnerships, engage new members and corporate partners, identify grant opportunities, and strengthen connections between the Chamber and Houston’s broader business community.
In addition to his work with the Chamber, Stephen serves on the Houston Advisory Board for Shelters to Shutters, the Board of Directors for the JD Doyle Archives, and the Bank of America Community Volunteers Board representing the Private Bank. He is also an active member of Bank of America’s PRIDE Employee Resource Group and previously served on the board of the Houston LGBTQ+ Political Caucus.
Stephen is passionate about helping LGBTQ+ professionals and historically underserved communities advance economically and professionally. He believes economic freedom creates pathways for broader community progress and is committed to helping others build leadership opportunities, financial stability, and lasting influence.
Stephen lives in Houston’s East End with his husband, Blake Mudd, and their pets, Diego and Mr. Business.

Tammi Wallace (she / her)
Tammi is a the President & CEO and co-founder of the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. Her passion for economic inclusion focused on the LGBTQ+ Business Community has been a driving force in the Chamber's growth since the launch of the organization in 2016.
In recognition of the progress made in advancing the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce’s strategic goals and the need to dedicate resources to achieve the longer-term vision for the organization, the Board of Directors named Tammi to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer to lead, manage, and execute day-to-day operations. This appointment recognized Tammi’s many years of volunteer work with the Chamber behind the scenes at the local, state, and national levels, where she has been dedicated to bringing visibility to the LGBTQ+ Business Community.
Previously, Tammi was the Chief Growth Officer at KIPP Houston Public Schools. Prior to her role at KIPP, Tammi served as Chief of Staff and Campaign Manager to former Texas State Representative Ellen Cohen. She has also served as the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Houston Equal Rights Alliance (HERA), a nonprofit focused on voter education, coalition building and advocacy on behalf of the LGBTQ+ community. In addition, Tammi has over twelve years of experience in the financial services industry where she worked as Vice President for Bank of America/NationsBank, Project Manager at CheckFree Corporation, and Assistant Vice President at Mellon Mortgage.
Tammi utilizes her cross-sector experience to make a difference through her community involvement with various organizations. Currently, Tammi serves on the board of the Hollyfield Foundation and Montrose Management District as well as on the National LGBT Chamber (NGLCC) Affiliate Chamber Leadership Council representing the Southern region. In 2016, she was appointed by Mayor Sylvester Turner to serve on the City of Houston’s first LGBTQ+ Advisory Board and in 2021 to serve on the inaugural Houston Women’s Commission.
In 2022, she was appointed by Harris County Commissioner’s Court to serve on the inaugural Harris County Women’s Commission. Tammi is a past member of the Victory Fund Campaign Board and she co-chaired the 2015 and 2016 Victory Fund Houston Champagne Brunch resulting in record-breaking fundraising to help elect LGBTQ+ candidates across the country.
Tammi has been a leader in the LGBTQ+ community for over two decades. She has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal as a Diversity in Business Awards Honoree. In 2019, she was recognized by BEQ magazine as a Legacy Leader in the LGBTQ+ community. Tammi has been recognized as OutSmart Magazine’s Gayest & Greatest Award for Female Business Person, Most Prominent Female Activist and Favorite Female Community Hero and she was named Female Grand Marshal of the Houston Pride Parade in 2011 in recognition of her leadership and activism on behalf of the LGBTQ+ community.

Ross Miller (he / him)
Ross is the managing shareholder at Gonzalez Olivieri LLC immigration firm in Houston, Texas. He currently serves as Chair-elect of the State Bar of Texas’ Immigration and Nationality Law Section. He has argued immigration cases before the Second, Fifth, and Eleventh Circuits and has successfully represented clients before the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been a guest speaker at Harvard Law School, for the State Bar of Texas, and the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (“AILA”), where he also serves on the Federal Litigation Steering Committee. Since becoming an attorney in 2018, Mr. Miller has been named a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. He was also named One to Watch by Best Lawyers in 2024 and 2025.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York and a master’s degree from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York. He graduated from South Texas College of Law – Houston in 2018, where he obtained his juris doctorate degree. During his time in law school, Mr. Miller served as a Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Fellow, teaching local high school students’ constitutional law and courtroom advocacy skills. His students then competed in a state-wide competition judged by Texas Supreme Court Justice, Eva Guzman, as well as in a national competition hosted in Washington, D.C.
Also while in law school, Mr. Miller was on the Board of Advocates, and he was selected to compete as a varsity advocate on the nationally-renowned South Texas Moot Court team. As an award-winning advocate, he competed in national moot court tournaments throughout the United States, where he won top awards for his appellate advocacy skills.

Rachel Bickham (she/her)
Rachel Bickham is a lesbian entrepreneur, workforce advocate, and founder of Bickham Services Unlimited, a Houston-based staffing and business development firm. With over 20 years of experience in project management and government contracting, she uses her platform to support minority- and LGBTQ-owned businesses through mentorship, compliance guidance, and access to public opportunities. As a mother of a gay son and active community leader, Rachel brings a personal and professional commitment to advancing equity, visibility, and inclusion for LGBTQ+ Houstonians. She has partnered with organizations like Bread of Life on inclusive workforce programs and speaks regularly on LGBTQ+ rights, Black labor, band economic empowerment.
